Services

Grounded in a person-centered and psychodynamic foundation, we draw on techniques from a variety of evidence-based approaches to support each client’s growth and healing. Our training includes Somatic Expressive Arts Therapy, Mindful Self-Compassion (MSC), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Internal Family Systems (IFS), and trauma-focused interventions. We thoughtfully integrate relevant principles and techniques from these modalities as appropriate to each client’s needs and goals.

Individual Therapy

Individual therapy provides a dedicated space for reflection, insight, and growth. Life experiences can shape our sense of self in ways that sometimes lead to internal dissonance or emotional distress.

Through a person-centered and psychodynamic foundation, grounded in collaboration, we work together to explore patterns, identify unmet needs, and cultivate greater self-understanding. Therapy offers a compassionate and empathetic environment that supports resilience, self-acceptance, and meaningful personal growth.

Group Therapy

Group therapy offers a shared space for connection, reflection, and growth. While many challenges can feel isolating, healing is often deepened through meaningful connection with others navigating similar experiences.

Within a supportive and collaborative environment, members are invited not only to share their stories, but to connect on a deeper level — particularly around experiences of pain, vulnerability, and suffering. Through this process, individuals often feel seen and understood in ways that are profoundly healing. Witnessing others’ resilience and experiencing genuine understanding and support can reduce isolation and foster a deeper sense of belonging.

Grounded in a person-centered and psychodynamic foundation, group therapy fosters self-awareness, mutual empathy, and collective growth. As members engage with one another’s experiences, they gain insight into themselves, their relationships, and the world around them, creating opportunities for lasting personal transformation and healing within community.
