At Papilio, we believe in clear, upfront information about the cost of care and making services as accessible as possible.

In-Network Insurance

I am currently an in-network therapist with the following insurance providers:

​

• Care First Blue Cross Blue Shield

• UnitedHealthcare (via Optum Behavioral Health)

• TRICARE East

 

If you have one of these plans, you will only pay your in-network copay. I handle all insurance billing for you.

Out-of-Network Therapy

If your insurance is not listed above, I offer out-of-network therapy with full billing support. I provide superbills for every session so you can submit them to your insurance company for out-of-network reimbursement. 

 

Service Session Length Rate

​

• Individual Therapy: 45–60 minutes (based on clinical need) - $175 per session

• Group Therapy: 60–90 minutes - $70 per person, per session

​

Sliding-Scale Therapy

A limited number of sliding-scale spots are available for out-of-network clients based on income. 

​

• Individual sessions start at $100

• Group sessions start at $40
